With nearly 20 years in the coffee industry, Todd has worked as a barista, a Retail Operations Manager, trainer, roaster, Customer Support Manager, QC Coordinator, and is currently a Coffee Trader for Covoya. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Specialty Coffee Association and on the executive council of the Barista Guild of America. He was a licensed Q Grader and Q Instructor.
