In truth, there are probably as many reasons for drinking decaffeinated coffee as there are decaffeinated coffee drinkers … enough people, by the way, that it is best to buy decaffeinated coffee beans as if you are, indeed, preparing a beverage for the finest palates, because maybe you are. Decaffeinated coffee should certainly never be an afterthought. It’s not for us.
