Decaf Green Coffee

It has been said that drinkers of decaffeinated coffee are true believers, pure connoisseurs because they are drinking coffee for the taste alone, for no other reason than, perhaps, the harmless and happy and human ritual of the act. In truth, there are probably as many reasons for drinking decaffeinated coffee as there are decaffeinated coffee drinkers … enough people, by the way, that it is best to buy decaffeinated coffee beans as if you are, indeed, preparing a beverage for the finest palates, because maybe you are. Decaffeinated coffee should certainly never be an afterthought. It’s not for us.
