This is a Colombian coffee from Pitalito municipality of Huila, in the south west of Colombia between the eastern and western peaks of the Andes mountain range.
This coffee varietal is of the 40% Caturra and 60% Castillo varietals. Grown at 1300 -1750 masl, this coffee underwent a 30 hour fermentation process, and was dried for 13 days using the solar parabolic method.
